With a focus on using beautiful Colorado local ingredients, we create global flavors that provide our guests with tastes from around the world using fresh, local, products through handcrafted, custom, and thoughtful menus.

Chef Kate Maines

Chef Kate Maines started her company, Deliciously Global, after graduating from culinary school in 2019. Since graduating, she has worked in many restaurants ranging from high-end French cuisine to busy James Beard Award-winning restaurants. She is a hardworking chef and food lover who enjoys sharing her food and flavors with the people around her. Her passion for the culinary industry started when she was a young girl, growing up in Northern Virginia, baking gourmet cupcakes and sweets to share with her family and friends at school. Now, Chef Kate takes that same love of baking and cooking into her career as a Private Chef through Deliciously Global.
